Meet The Enneagram Dr

Welcome! I’m Dr. Liora Mascal Elias, an Enneagram educator, researcher, and guide dedicated to making this profound system of human understanding accessible to anyone—from individuals seeking personal growth to teams navigating collaboration and leadership.

With a background as a University professor and communication expert, I specialize in meeting people exactly where they are. Whether you're brand new to the Enneagram or have been exploring it for years, I can help you connect the dots between personality, relationships, and the ways we show up in the world.

I partner with a diverse range of clients—from clinical supervisors, small business owners, nonprofit teams, academic institutions, and spiritual directors to electricians and anyone eager to grow—delivering transformative insights that boost communication, and enhance decision-making. One of my greatest strengths is identifying learning styles and tailoring my teaching to fit each individual or group, making the Enneagram practical, engaging, and deeply personal.

As a Type 6, my approach is both playful and grounded, balancing curiosity with a deep respect for the Enneagram’s lineage. I honor its traditions while also being part of its future evolution, ensuring this system remains a transformative tool for the modern world.

Beyond my professional expertise, I’m a lifelong learner with specialized training in communication, gender, and sexuality, and a long-standing commitment to contemplative and recovery practices. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me playing guitar, cooking, reading, enjoying live music, and spending time with my wife, our pets, our niblings, and our community.

Whoever you are, wherever you’re at in your journey—I’m here to help you uncover how the Enneagram applies to you.

Let’s explore together.

Dr. Liora Mascal Elias

“The purpose of The Enneagram is to develop self-knowledge and learn how to recognize parts of our personalities that limit us, so that we can be reunited with our truest and best selves.”

— Ian Morgan Cron & Suzanne Stabile, authors of “The Road Back to You”

Professional Organizations

“A leader is someone becoming more and more themselves.”
